Description
Bringing nearly 130,000 square feet of industrial space to the heart of Candiac, Quebec, this project was an RF Limited Partnership I joint venture among Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. Construction was completed in 2024. The development is now fully owned by Skyline Industrial REIT and is 100% leased.
