We seek opportunities in underserved major markets to meet the ever-increasing demand for larger logistics and warehousing facilities. These spaces allow tenants to perform storage, distribution, and last-mile services more efficiently for various types of businesses such as e-commerce and cold storage companies.

Located within the High Plains Industrial Park, this development is a Joint Venture project between Skyline Industrial REIT and Highfield Investment Group Inc. The development is located on a 670,000 square foot site and was developed in partnership between Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures.
