We seek opportunities in underserved major markets to meet the ever-increasing demand for larger logistics and warehousing facilities. These spaces allow tenants to perform storage, distribution, and last-mile services more efficiently for various types of businesses such as e-commerce and cold storage companies.

Through our development partnerships, we aim to deliver new industrial Class A assets that fulfill tenant requirements and surface value for Skyline Industrial REIT investors.
