Description
137 Boulevard Bellerose will bring 293,000 square feet of purpose-built industrial space to Laval, Quebec. Upon completion, the project will be in compliance with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building Design Standard. It is owned by Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures through the joint venture partnership RF Limited Partnership I. Construction is slated for completion in Q4 2024.
