This development project will bring 293,000 square feet of purpose-built industrial space to Laval, Quebec and is owned by Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures through the joint venture partnership RF Limited Partnership I. Construction is slated for completion in Q2 2024.
