This two-building industrial development will bring nearly 323,000 square feet of purpose-built logistical space to Ottawa. The development is owned by RF Limited Partnership II, a joint venture among Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. The development is slated for completion in Q3-2025.
