Skyline Commercial REIT Acquires Cambridge, ON Commercial Portfolio

On Monday, December 23rd,  Skyline Commercial REIT purchased a commercial portfolio in Cambridge, ON. The Fengate commercial portfolio consists of six properties with a total purchase price of $20.6 million, 62 individual tenants and almost 300,000 square feet of commercial space!

The building addresses in the portfolio include:

  • 15, 101 and 131 Sheldon Drive
  • 1177 and 1195 Franklin Boulevard
  • 1425 Bishop Street

Skyline Commercial REIT wrapped up 2013 with 64 properties across 15 Ontario communities, and approximately 3.2 million square feet of commercial space.
