On Monday, February 3rd, 2014, Skyline Commercial REIT completed the sale of 1356-1366 Clyde Avenue in Ottawa, ON. The property had approximately 19,386 square feet of retail space.
Post-sale, the Skyline Commercial REIT portfolio now comprises 63 properties in 15 Ontario communities, with over 3 million square feet of commercial space.
