The industrial property at 599 Sprucewood Drive was purchased for $7.45 million and consists of 145,274 square feet of commercial space. Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT comprises 76 properties in 20 cities across Ontario and Quebec, with nearly 5 million square feet of commercial space.
