Skyline Commercial REIT Acquires Additional Kitchener, ON Property

On Monday, June 26, 2017, Skyline Commercial REIT purchased an additional property in the city of Kitchener, ON. The industrial property at 780 Wilson Avenue & 45 Goodrich Drive was purchased for $14.85M, and is comprised of 131,344 square feet of commercial space.

Post-acquisition, Skyline Commercial REIT comprises 86 properties in 32 cities across Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, with more than 5.36 million square feet of commercial space.
