Description
Kirkland is an industrial project that will bring roughly 588,000 square feet of best-in-class logistical space, across three separate buildings, to the west end of the Island of Montreal. When complete, it will be in compliance with the Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Zero Carbon Building Design Standard. This development is owned by RF Limited Partnership II, a joint venture among Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. Construction is slated for completion in Q3 2024.
