Description
Kirkland is an industrial project that will bring roughly 588,000 square feet of best-in-class logistical space, across three separate buildings, to the west end of the Island of Montreal. This development is owned by RF Limited Partnership II, a joint venture among Skyline Industrial REIT, Rosefellow, and F.I.T. Ventures. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q2-2023 and is slated for completion in Q3-2024.
