On December 12, 2022, Skyline Industrial REIT acquired a newly developed two-tenant industrial property at 6575 68th Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. The property, located in the Great Plains Industrial Park, comprises 301,400 square feet of industrial space on 14.14 acres. It is adjacent to 6600 72nd Ave. SE, a state-of-the-art industrial distribution center, currently 100% leased by Canadian Tire, that the REIT acquired in 2021. “Skyline Industrial REIT is pleased to announce the acquisition of another modern industrial property located at 6575 68th Avenue SE”, said Mike Bonneveld, President, Skyline Industrial REIT. “The Great Plains Industrial Park has proven to be a great location where the REIT is well positioned.
